The APCD-515-01-C3-TM from Arima Lasers is a Visible APC Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 520 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 2-4 mW and produces a laser beam with a spot size of up to 20 mm and a 2 mrad divergence angle. This laser diode requires a DC supply of 6 V and consumes up to 100 mA of current. It has a high quality lens for output, an APC (auto power control) IC and in-built surge current protection.
