The APCL-515-01-C3-TM from Arima Lasers is a Visible APC Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 520 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 2-4 mW and produces a laser beam with line accuracy better than 0.01° (40”) and an emitting angle of over 120°. This laser diode requires a DC supply of 6 V and consumes up to 100 mA of current. It has a glass lens, high brightness and an APC (auto power control) IC. This laser module is available in a package that measures Ø11.5 x 30 mm.
