The LDS-1450-DFB-2.5G-15/45 from LasersCom is a 1450 nm InGaAsP MQW Laser Diode coupled to an optical fiber. It delivers up to 15 mW of optical power in CW mode and up to 45 mW in pulse mode in the single-mode fiber G.657.A1. This laser diode has a data rate of up to 2.5 Gbps and a linewidth of less than 500 kHz. The diode operates over a voltage of 1.4 to 1.7 V and consumes up to 120 mA of current. This laser diode is available in a coaxial package and is ideal for optical fiber communication systems.
