The B2-975-3000 from Sheaumann Laser is a Continuous-Wave Fabry Perot Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 975 nm. This laser diode delivers an optical output power of 3 W with a slope efficiency of 0.9 W/A. It has a forward voltage of up to 2.5 V and a threshold current of 0.3 - 0.4 A. This multimode laser diode is electrically isolated and has an internal TEC, thermistor, and PD. It is available in a hermetically sealed 14 Pin Butterfly package with FC/APC connector and is ideal for raman spectroscopy and medical applications.
