The BF-940-0200-XXX from Sheaumann is a Continuous-Wave (CW) Fabry Perot (FP) Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 940 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 200 mW with a slope efficiency of 0.7 W/A. This single spatial mode laser diode has a forward voltage of 2.1 to 2.5 V and a threshold current of 35 to 50 mA. It is electrically isolated and has an internal TEC, thermistor and PD. This laser diode is available in a hermetically sealed 14 Pin Butterfly package with an FC/APC connector.
