The BF-940-0200 from Sheaumann Laser is a Continuous Wave Fabry Perot Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 940 nm. This single spatial mode laser diode delivers an optical output power of 200 mW and has a slope efficiency of 0.7 W/A. It requires a threshold current of 35 mA and has an operating current of 300 mA. This laser diode has an internal TEC, thermistor, and photodiode. It is electrically isolated and has FC/APC connector. The BF-940-0200 is available in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package and is ideal for particle counting and sizing, and inspection/3D imaging applications.
