The CMC-785-2000-1 from Sheaumann Laser is a Continuous Wave Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 785 nm. It delivers an output power of 2 W and has a slope efficiency of 1 W/A. This multi-mode laser diode has a beam divergence of 25 degrees (vertical far-field) and 8 degrees (horizontal far-field) at FWHM. It requires a threshold current of 440 mA, DC voltage of 1.9 V, and consumes 2.1 A of current. This laser diode has a 100 µm emitter and an optional microlens. It is available in a Cu submount package with ultra-low and high AR coating options. This laser diode is ideal for defense, laser pumping, laser therapy, medical, and Raman spectroscopy applications.
